I had the opportunity to step into a Team Leader Opportunity in September of 2019. Soon after, I realized our company had no systems at all and this was why we were consistently in the bottom in our region for Growth and Retention. There was MUCH work to do (and my personal time commitment allowed for only 3/days week in the office) 🤪

💻We have successfully built an Onboarding, Offboarding, (Gamified Orientation Tracker), Growth Tracker, Recruiting Systems (averaging 35 to 50 attendees to Career Night monthly), Time Blocking, an impactful Training Calendar (our training calendar was on the screen at Family Reunion last week!), and integrated Vital Signs improvement without spending any $$$.

🏆Pretty proud to say we have ended the last 2 years as #1 for gross in our Region and #1 or #2 for net. (Black Belt in Gross and Net) We are grossing consistently 10-15 agents/month. Many of you have asked to see this, the training, access to systems to duplicate, video, and ongoing masterminding.
