Joseph is a Central Kentucky native. He has spent the last 10 years working in the nonprofit sector leading a community teen center and serving on local boards engaged in life-changing impact on a daily basis. He is passionate about cultivating relationships and is a firm believer that the best investment you can make is in people. Joseph cares deeply about creating environments where he can empower and be empowered, challenge any horizon set before him, and bring as many people along on the journey. His greatest achievements are being a husband to Cait and father to Merritt & Leighton. Joseph has a great affinity for coffee & baseball (Go Braves!) and believes nothing beats great conversation.
