This space is designed for agents to share high-value real estate opportunities that are not publicly listed.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd39 <strong>How It Works:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2714\ufe0f Submit an off-market property currently under contract.<br \/>\n\u2714\ufe0f Ensure compliance with <strong>Paragraph 25 of the PAR ASR Contract<\/strong> and <strong>Bright MLS guidelines<\/strong> before submission.<br \/>\n\u2714\ufe0f Properties will <strong>automatically be removed after 60 days<\/strong> to keep the list fresh and relevant.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd39 <strong>Compliance Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n\ud83d\udccc The <strong>seller must have agreed<\/strong> to limited or no MLS marketing.<br \/>\n\ud83d\udccc Public marketing (yard signs, social media, etc.) <strong>may be restricted<\/strong> per Bright MLS rules.<br \/>\n\ud83d\udccc You must have the proper <strong>Limited Marketing\/Office Exclusive Form<\/strong> signed if required by Bright MLS.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd39 <strong>Who Can Use This Form?<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2705 <strong>This form is strictly for Keller Williams of Central PA agents<\/strong>.
