The Director of Mentoring is in charge of our Mentoring program for New and Experienced agents. Barbara ensures the Mentors: track results of their mentees and assist to get Agents from no production to Capping. She holds the Mentors and Mentees responsible for their agreement and ensure each party is adhering to the agreement and learning and growing.
Additionally, she works closely with the Team Leader to create and implement mentoring events and the Market Center’s training calendar to ensure classes for all levels of production.
