The Director of Agent Experience/Services (DAE/S) assists the Team Leader and ATL/Director of Career Development with agent intake and exit processes of all Agents. The DAE/S is seen as the go-to person for all the agents within the Market Center. They Ensure all agents have the full access needed to the various systems, boards, & MLS’s to ensure continued success.
