KW Culture

What Is Culture?

Our Definition

Culture is the result of organizing the goals of a business around solid, positive, core values and then proceeding to cultivate them on a daily basis.

KW Cares is a 501(c)(3) public charity created to support Keller Williams associates and their families with hardship as a result of a sudden emergency. The charity is the heart of Keller Williams culture in action – finding and serving the higher purpose of business through charitable giving in the market centers and communities where Keller Williams associates live and work.

KW Kids Care is an educational 501(c) (3) nonprofit created to provide our youth (ages 18-24) with learning experiences and opportunities to inspire them to think big and cultivate a growth mindset. The focus is on promoting wealth building and instilling a passion for generous giving.

Agents Helping Agents is a way to help agents within our own Keller Williams market center that have fallen on hard times. The need may not warrant a KW Cares Grant Application and could include items such as: meals after a surgery, family addition or loss, unexpected medical expenses, etc. They may also include payment of a monthly AR Bill or other temporary expenses as approved by KW Cares Committee/ Team Leader.
