Prior to Rich receiving his Salespersons’ license in 2005, Rich had a successful career in the entertainment business. Working in the industry for over two decades on high profile shows with high profile celebrities. During that time he has bought and sold properties in Los Angeles and has enjoyed renovating and designing both the interiors and landscaping which began his love for real estate. In 2017 Rich received his Broker’s license from the California Department of Real Estate. Rich currently is the Broker of Record for Keller Williams Calabasas, Keller Williams Westside, Keller Williams Coastal Properties and Keller Williams Larchmont.
Rich has lived in the Los Angeles area for over 30 years and has teamed up with Keller Williams to run his real estate business. Rich is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), California Association of REALTORS® (CAR) and several local associations in the Southern California Area. Rich serves on several committees at Southland Regional Association of Realtors® (SRAR) including MLS (Chair 2017), Grievance (Vice Chair 2018), Procuring Cause and the Advertising Sub-Committee. In 2019, Rich was elected to the Board of Directors at SRAR and continues to serve on that board today. Rich currently serves as a CAR Director representing the San Fernando Valley on a State level. Rich has earned the following designations: SFR, SRES, BPOR and GREEN and has been certified as both an Ethics Advocate and an Ombudsman for SRAR.
Rich has dedicated myself to his community, serving several years on the Greater Valley Glen Neighborhood Council for six years, four of those years as it’s Treasurer.
Rich is heavily involved in the rescuing, fostering and adoption of retired racing Greyhounds to become pets for the remainder of their lives. Rich will donate a portion of the proceeds from every closing to GreySave (GreySave.org), which is the adoption group where he volunteers his free time.
