As Team Leader, Matt is responsible for managing and leading the leadership team as well as the real estate agents in the brokerage. He is accountable for the success of the team and is focused on achieving the team’s goals and objectives. His responsibilities include recruiting, training, and coaching team members, providing guidance on business development strategies, managing team performance, and ensuring that the team adheres to Keller Williams policies and procedures. Additionally, Matt is involved in marketing the team’s services, building relationships with clients and other professionals in the industry, and collaborating with other teams within the office to achieve shared goals.
