Serving Chicago and suburban Chicagoland, she now serves as Operating Partner of Keller Williams NorthWest Indiana located in Schererville, Indiana, Keller Williams Elite located in Oak Lawn Illinois, and Keller Williams Legacy in Orange County California.
Colleen has personally recruited over 1000 agents to Keller Williams Realty and is passionate about the success of the agents here. Colleen has been a licensed sales broker for over twenty years, a managing broker and a Realtor Coach and consultant for the last fifteen years, as well as a licensed pre-license instructor for the State of Illinois. As a MAPS Leadership Coach, Colleen has coached Leadership in Keller Williams Market Centers and Keller Williams Regional Directors throughout the United States and WorldWide.
She has served on her local Realtor association board of directors, the local and state government affairs committees, professional standards committees, professional development committees at the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors, and the Illinois Association of Realtors. Her sales team, BAZ Realty Network at Keller Williams has consistently produced at the multi-million dollar level and is currently ranked in the top 5% of their Market Center. She is proficient in working with databases and 33 Touch systems for growing a consistent and steady business income. Colleen is also a certified Career Visioning instructor and passionate about helping agents build teams and adding leverage to build lives worth living.
Colleen and her husband together have ownership in 4 Keller Williams Market Centers, a Transaction Management Company, a Coaching and Consulting business, rental properties and are now launching a title company. Her passion for success through others and creating wealth opportunities for the leaders and team members she is in business with is the driving force behind her. She has an extra passion for creating opportunities for single mothers and young families as she remembers what it is like to have been a homeless single mom with a small infant before getting into real estate.
